Bento Highlights offers a grid generator for creating bento highlights, which can be exported as images for sharing on social media or provided as code that can be embedded on any website.
By using our service, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities or exploit bugs within the application. Violations of this policy may result in the termination of your access to Bento Highlights.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Bento Highlights offers a one-time payment option for lifetime access to Bento Highlights Pro Tier features. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and PayPal.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made for the Bento Highlights service.
All content, trademarks, and data provided by Bento Highlights are the intellectual property of AlenV. Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload using our service.
We prioritize user privacy and do not collect personal data, except for the user's email, which is used for magic link sign-in and stored in MongoDB. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly, for analytics purposes. For more details, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.
Bento Highlights is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AlenV makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. In no event shall AlenV be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided by Bento Highlights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
